THREE WORKSHOPS RUNNING OVER 2 DAYS.

You can come to the full weekend or just one session:

Workshop #1 Saturday 27th June 10:00 — 14:00

Workshop #2 Saturday 27th June 16:00 — 20:00

Workshop #3 Sunday 28th June 10:00 — 14:00

Each session focuses on what three or four people ‘seekers’ bring over four hours — come to one session to try or come for the weekend - up to you.

For deeper work come to two consecutive days this gives the energy we create together a chance to settle overnight before returning for the second day.

The four hours flies by but there will be moments for group discussion and questions.

Sessions take place seated. Healthy snacks and drinks provided throughout.

Family Constellations works with the idea that we are all part of something bigger — that we don't just carry our own experiences, but also those of our ancestors.

Traumas and patterns passed down without ever being consciously recognised — that shape how we move through the world every day.

Constellations gives us a way to see and explore this in a safe, supported environment. Not just to understand it conceptually, but to actually feel different.

In each session, four people — seekers — bring something they've been sitting with. A relationship. Money. Work. That they want to work on in the session.

Each seeker chooses someone from the room to represent them, and others to represent different elements of their world — building a kind of living map of what's underneath.

The people (participants) step in to represent elements of the seekers world and start to feel an energetic pull, they might feel they need to move in the space, their eyes might be drawn to a specific place or person and from here the story will start to resolve .

This is sometimes called a Morphic field. And it doesn't just belong to the seeker — everyone in the room is part of it. Whether you step in to represent, or simply hold the space. People tend to leave feeling lighter. More energised, and clearer in terms of changes they want to make directions they want to take.

As PARTICIPANTS we will hold the space and be called to represent someone or something in another person's constellation - creating a living map with the other participants.

Often people feel there is something familiar in what is brought by the seekers, bringing about insights in our lives as well as personal shifts.

You might sign up as a Participant if -

— You're curious about constellations but not ready to bring your own material

— You might have done your own seeker work and want to support others and go deeper in a different way.

— You have done one on one therapy, and are open to working in a group - holding space for the others and seeing what arises for you

As a SEEKER, you bring something of your own to the constellation — a question, a pattern, a relationship, a new project; finances - something that you want to work on. Jose Luis will work with you and the group to map it out and find movement.

You might sign up as a seeker if:

— There's a relationship dynamic you keep returning to 

— You feel stuck in a pattern you can't think your way out of 

— Something in your family history feels unresolved or unspoken 

— You've done other inner work and feel ready to go somewhere new with it

There are a limited number of seeker spots in each workshop.

Jose Luis came to Family Constellations the way most people do — through his own life. What began as a personal discovery became, over time, the lens through which he understands everything: a philosophy of systems, of what remains hidden, of the quiet forces that shape us.

He trained directly under Bert Hellinger, the originator of the method, and continues his training with Brigitte Champetier de Ribes — one of Europe's leading constellation facilitators. That was over fourteen years ago. He hasn't stopped learning since.

In that time he has brought constellation work to individuals, groups and organisations — through workshops, talks, and one-to-one sessions — helping people see what was previously unseen, and find movement where things had felt stuck.

Jose Luis works from Palma de Mallorca and remotely with people across the world. He is a member of the Network of New Family Constellations (NCF).
