Family Constellations works with the idea that we are all part of something bigger, like a system in nature. We don't just carry our own experiences but those of our ancestors too. the unspoken stories, the losses that were never grieved and the patterns passed down without being consciously recognised can shape how we move through the world every day.

Constellations gives us a way to see and explore this in a safe, supported environment. The aim is not just to understand it conceptually, but to actually feel different.

Each session, Jose Luis guides the group in building a living energetic map. Four to six people will bring something to work on, like a project that won't move, a relationship pattern that keeps coming back, or something around money or work. The other people in the room then stand in for the person, their ancestors, or parts of the situation, and we see what shows up.

The energetic map is sometimes called a Morphic Field - a concept expanded on by biologist Rupert Sheldrake. It doesn't just belong to the person bringing the issue; everyone in the room is part of it. Whether you step in to represent or simply hold the space, the energy affects all of us, and standing in can often hold up a mirror to our own stuff.

Recognising where the blockage is in this way helps to start the unblocking.

We will also do some individual work as well as working on the specific issues brought.

You don't need to believe anything going in. Just come curious.

Jose Luis came to family constellations through his own life, and it's since become the lens through which he sees everything. He trained with Bert Hellinger, who created the method, and continues to train with Brigitte Champetier de Ribes, one of Europe's leading facilitators.

Jose Luis has been doing this work for over fourteen years, with individuals, groups and organisations, helping people find movement where things have felt stuck.

Based in Palma de Mallorca, he works with people worldwide, and is a member of the Network of New Family Constellations (NCF).
